Introducing GateKit

By Cirila

Today we're launching GateKit. Our mission is simple: connect agents to the world.

GateKit is live. One install gives any AI agent access to the full internet. It works with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, Cursor CLI, and 10+ other agent runtimes. Available to everyone starting today.

The Handless Agent Era

Models keep getting smarter, and agents can now complete more tasks end to end. But a smart model doesn't automatically make a capable agent.

The messy workaround has looked the same in every team we've talked to.

You want your agent to check trends on TikTok? Sign up for a scraper. Top up the balance. Generate an API key. Paste it into a config file. Pray it still works in a week.

Now you want X data too. Different provider. Different signup. Different key. Different bill.

LinkedIn or Reddit? That's another account, another rate limit, another suspended-account email from a platform that didn't appreciate your agent's frequent calls.

By the time you've wired up the many providers your “research agent” actually needs, you've spent half a week as an API-key janitor and the agent hasn't done anything yet. The minute one of the providers has a bad afternoon, the whole workflow snaps. Your agent doesn't tell you it failed. It just confidently summarizes nothing.

The next stage for agents is closing this loop themselves. They need to understand what the user actually wants, find the right tool, use it, pay for it, and return the result without someone wiring everything up in the background. That is the access layer GateKit is building.

What GateKit does

Once installed, your agent can:

Search the web through Brave, Tavily, Perplexity, Serper

Read any page through Firecrawl, Jina, ScrapeNinja

Reach social platforms including X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Rednote, Weibo, Zhihu, Bilibili, Douyin, Kuaishou, and more

Query on-chain and crypto data through Chainbase, CoinMarketCap, Dexscreener

No provider accounts to register, no subscriptions, no keys to manage. One balance covers every call. You pay per use, and most requests cost a fraction of a cent. New platforms get added continuously, and every connected agent gets them the moment they ship.

How we built it

AI agents are the new user. Every design decision in GateKit starts there.

Usage-based pricing, no subscriptions. Your agent uses what it uses. You pay for that.

The hardest part isn't any one source. It's all of them. Anyone can wire up a single API. But an agent doesn't know in advance whether it'll need TikTok, a Solana wallet, a Korean news site, or a Reddit thread from 2019. GateKit covers the full surface, social platforms, on-chain activity, regional sources outside the English-speaking web, behind one interface.

The agent shouldn't have to choose. Which provider to use, when to switch, what to do when something fails: those are decisions we handle. Every category (search, scraping, social, crypto) sits behind multiple providers with the same interface. If one has a bad hour, GateKit quietly switches behind the scenes. Your agent doesn't stall, doesn't make up the answer. It just keeps going.

What's coming next

Every time a new computing layer arrives, a new infrastructure layer forms underneath it.

SMS got Twilio. Payments got Stripe. LLMs got OpenRouter. Each one solved the same shape of problem: there are too many providers, the work to connect them is more painful than it should be, and somebody has to build the layer that makes it disappear.

Agents are the next wave. GateKit is our answer.

The work between an agent and the internet should be invisible, and right now it isn't. We're making it invisible.

Retrieval is the start. Over the coming weeks we're adding deeper financial and crypto data, e-commerce intelligence, and a tighter install experience. And we're building toward the layer after that, the one where agents don't just retrieve information. They transact, pay, and settle on their own.

GateKit is available to everyone starting today. Try it and let your agent do more.

GateKit is the marketplace for AI agents to get trusted tools and live data.

It helps agents discover and use external capabilities when their native abilities are not enough, from web search and page reading to social platforms (X, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more), crypto data, market data, and business workflows.

GateKit supports MCP and works with Claude, Cursor, OpenClaw, and other MCP-compatible agents. Install it once, and your agent can access the right tools and data capabilities through one marketplace, without manually wiring every source one by one.

GateKit is live.
Plug your agent in.

One key for search, extract, social and finance APIs. One subscription — that's it.
